Add A New Quote for An Existing Customer

Add A New Quote for An Existing Customer

To create a new quote or job for an existing customer, you have two options. Either way, begin by finding the customer in the search bar at the top of the page (1), then click SELECT (2) on the corresponding row. This will open up a list of previous quotes for this customer, as well as some additional options.

From here, you can either click New Quote, or the Clone symbol next to an existing quote (3). New Quote will open the quote pane on the right hand side (5) with no information filled in. If the new quote is going to be similar to or the same as a previous job, you can instead click the Clone symbol (3), choose whether or not to copy across notes from the previous job, and then click Edit (4) on the new job that will appear. This will also open the pane on the right hand side (5) but with information from the cloned job present.

We advise that when using the cloning method you make sure to check all sections of the quote pane carefully to make sure that no unwanted information is carried over.
