AGG SMART can receive batch data from the Armcon batch plant via the Armwatch integration.
Once the truck is connected to AGG SMART, at the end of the pour, data is sent from the truck to AGG SMART. This data is received on the app by pressing the "GET BATCH DATA" button on the final signature screen.
This will pull through the total quantity delivered (which is displayed on the main screen). It will also pull through the sand, stone and cement quantities batched along with the belt counts and total water. This is displayed in the batch area on the app.
All this data is sent to the ticket and recorded historically.
If the driver clicks the "Get Batch Data" button and gets a "No batch data yet" alert, then the truck has not yet been able to upload the data to the internet. In this case the driver can wait and try again, or enter the data manually from the truck computer.
