BatchPro Integration

BatchPro Integration

The AGG SMART app connects to the Bay Lynx BatchPro system.

To connect this to AGG SMART, you must have the latest AGG SMART app and the latest BatchPro app. You will also need to inform us of the vehicle registration and the BatchPro bluetooth ID. This can be found when connecting the truck to the BatchPro app via bluetooth. It will begin with "fd" and then 11 characters.

AGG SMART will send the mix design name through to BatchPro in a specified format. You need to make sure your mix designs in BatchPro have EXACTLY the same format for them to match when sending through the order.

The format is as follows:

Mix Name [space] Stone Size [space] Slump [space] WRA [space] Fibre

Mix Name is the mix design name on AGG SMART
Stone Size is the size of the stone used. If 10mm is selected as an Add, then it will show 10mm, else it will show 20mm
Slump is the S slump value (S1, S2, S3, S4, S5). If no slump is specified, this will be omitted.
WRA - Is WRA is selected as an additive, it will show WRA
Fibre - Is Fibre is selected as an additive, it will show Fibre

Examples:
If you had a C25/30 order in AGG SMART with an S2 Slump, then BatchPro would need a mix in BatchPro called C25/30 20mm S2
If you had a C25/30 order in AGG SMART without any slump specified, then BatchPro would need a mix in BatchPro called C25/30 20mm
If you had a C25/30 order in AGG SMART with an S2 Slump and 10mm stone selected, then BatchPro would need a mix in BatchPro called C25/30 10mm S2
If you had a C25/30 order in AGG SMART with an S2 Slump and WRA selected, then BatchPro would need a mix in BatchPro called C25/30 20mm S2 WRA
If you had a C25/30 order in AGG SMART with an S2 Slump and Fibre selected, then BatchPro would need a mix in BatchPro called C25/30 20mm S2 Fibre
If you had a C25/30 order in AGG SMART without any slump specified, but Fibre added, then BatchPro would need a mix in BatchPro called C25/30 20mm Fibre
If you had a C25/30 order in AGG SMART with an S2 Slump and Fibre and WRA selected, then BatchPro would need a mix in BatchPro called C25/30 20mm S2 WRA Fibre
