AGG SMART has added a new feature whereby customers who have strayed beyond their agreed credit limit cannot have a new quote added for them until the outstanding balance has been resolved. This is to aid you in keeping account customers in check with how much they owe you. You can, however, override this feature on a customer by customer basis.

Click Edit Customer and scroll to the very bottom of the pane that opens from the right hand side of the page. In the Notes section, add, on a new line, [allowOverCredit]. Make sure to enter it exactly as seen here, with capitals only for Over and Credit and no spaces in the entire phrase. Then hit Update Customer. You will now be able to add quotes
