Project prices can now include Admixes. You can also print or email the project price list directly to the customer email address.
Also, it is now possible to set a Part Load, Wait Time, or Pump charge specific to a customer from within the Project Prices section. Select Concrete as the Type, then scroll to the bottom of the Mixes list to find these options.
When setting a Part Load charge, the Volume option dictates how much concrete needs to be ordered to NOT trigger a part load charge, and the Price field is for setting how much is charged per m³ under the specified volume. So, if you set the Volume as 6 and the Price as 10, and this customer orders 4m³ of concrete, they will be charged £20 for part load as they are 2m³ under the stated volume.
When setting a Wait Time charge, the Volume option dictates how many minutes a job can last before triggering a wait time charge, and the Price field is for setting how much is charged per minute over the specified time. So, if you set the Volume as 60 and the Price as 5, and this customer has a job that lasts for 70 minutes, they will be charged £50 for wait time as they are 10 minutes over the stated time allowed.
