If you run Go Integrator on one of your PCs, the tray icon for it will become active. Right click on this icon to bring up the initial menu and choose Configuration.
From here, go to Call Events and choose the button to Add one.
In the window that pops up, set the Event to Call: Ringing, the Direction to In, and Calls to External. In the Program field, click the three dots to browse to Program Files and select the PhoneHelper.exe file, which will be in a folder for BT, Go, or Horizon Integrator, depending on the version that you have is called.
Finally, in the parameters field, copy and paste the following:
The only part of the above that you will need to edit is the number that appears after "uid=". This will need to be changed to your AGG SMART account number. You can see this by looking in the address bar of the window where you are logged in to AGG SMART, as it will be the number that follows admin in the address (admin###.aggsmart.co.uk). Also, note that the statement is missing a close bracket, that is by design, it doesn't need one adding to the end.
Click OK to add this Event, and that should do it. It can sometimes take a few minutes to begin working, but afterwards your calls should feed into AGG SMART and bring up the customer in the top left corner.
