Each entry in the audit is displayed on its own line, moving forwards in time from top to bottom.
The first column shows the exact timestamp on which the update took place.
The second shows the ticket number to which the update pertains. If 0 is shown, this update was likely made to the quote, and not any particular job that was generated from the quote.
The next column shows the order number to which the update pertains.
Next, the user who made the update is shown. Individual drivers are not separated in the audit, any driver app changes will just show as truck. To see which driver carried out a delivery, return to the job pop-up.
The Event column outlines what kind of update happened, briefly describing the action that was committed at this time.
The final column, the Description, shows a lot of the same information that is in previous columns, with additional information pertaining to what may have been changed. We include the mix, the quantity, and the price in this field. If you would like to specific changes to any other fields, please let us know and we can look at potentially incorporating this.
