Integrating Go Integrator Cara
Below are instructions for integrating Go Integrator Cara with AGG SMART. This is a phone integration which matches callers to their record on AGG SMART.
In Cara, go into "Configuration". Then "Call Events". Then click the "Add" button.
In the popup box, select "State" = "Ringing", "Direction" = "Inbound", "Scope" = "External". Then click the "Action Tab"
Select "Action" = "Run web service". And into the "Endpoint" box, type:
But, make sure xx is replaced with your AGG SMART userID (which is after the admin part in your web URL).
Click "OK", and then "Save". And test is out by calling your main office number from a mobile.

If you open AGG SMART and click on any phone number on the system, you should get a popup which asks you which program you want to use to dial out. Select "Integrator Cara". Then when you click to call a customer on AGG SMART, it will automatically connect the phone.
