Locating Your AGG SMART Universal Username & Password

AGG SMART will assign your business with a universal username and password.

This password is used in variety of places with the most common being:
  1. By drivers using the AGG NAV Android app for the for the first time, so they can be associated with your business
  2. For users of the Sage 50 accounting software who want to make use of the AGG SMART Sage Connector plugin
If you need to find your AGG SMART universal username and password you can located it by performing the following steps:

1) Login to AGG SMART and click "Customers/Quotes" in the menu options at the top of the screen.

2) In the menu bar down the left hand side of the screen select the "Downloads/Admin" icon to access the "Admin" options.

If you do not see the above "Downloads/Admin" option when logged into AGG SMART please speak to your AGG SMART administrator as they may be able to login and get these details for you. Alternatively, if you need to be given access to see the "Downloads/Admin" options then please send an email to our support department at support@aggsmart.co.uk and a member of the team will be able to assist you.

3) Next, click the "Manage Users" option to open the "Manage Users" screen.

4) Scroll down to the bottom of this screen and you will find your organisation's universal username and password.
