Logging a User Out from AGG SMART Web
If you find yourself in a situation where one of your AGG SMART Mobile App users cannot log out of the truck that they are in, or if you cannot get hold of them and need to log them out in order for another driver to log in, you can force log them out from within the AGG SMART Web Portal.
In order to do this, your account will require a certain level of permissions, so if you do not see the options below, please contact us. Also, we would not recommend force logging users out as a regular practice, this should only be used in circumstances where the user either cannot log out themselves or cannot be reached.
To begin, navigate to Customers / Quotes (1), then choose the download icon (3) from the pane on the left hand side. If you cannot see this button, you may need to expand the left hand pane using the button at the top of the screen (2). Once you have done this, click on Manage Users (4).
In the window that pops up, scroll down to where you have a list of your drivers and the vehicles that they are currently logged in to. Next to each will be a Log Out button (1) that will force them out of the app and the vehicle, allowing you to either log them back in, or log someone else in in their place.
