Some of our customers are finding that some card payments through AGG SMART are being declined (when they should be accepted). This is due to banks implementing stricter security procedures. These procedures require the AVS/CV2 checking to be on in Opayo. If you are experiencing decline issues, please log into Opayo and adjust your settings. The example below turns on AVS/CV2. Please do not add "Rules", just having AVS/CV2 turned on should resolve any issues. And contact Blink or Opayo if you require any assistance.
