Print Invoices from a Specified Date Range
In AGG SMART, you can select completed jobs by a range of dates, and then print copies of all invoices from this period. To begin, click on Customers / Quotes, Completed, and then the drop down arrow next to the date.
There are plenty of options to choose from within this drop down menu. If one of them is appropriate for your needs, select it. Otherwise, choose Custom Range from the bottom of the list to bring up the calendar. Here, you can navigate through the months and years using the left and right arrows, then click on a date to set the start of your range, and again on another date to set the end. Your chosen range will be highlighted as you hover over the end date, and AGG SMART will filter the completed jobs once you click on your end date.
Once your date range has been selected, which you can verify by checking the date range listed above the table, and your chosen completed jobs are shown on the AGG SMART screen, click on the tick box at the top left of the table to select all of the jobs below. Then access the drop down menu next to the search bar and select Print Invoice, and confirm Yes.
