Project Pricing

AGG SMART has a facility for you to provide selected customers with their own custom prices.

First of all, edit the customer and tick the "Project" box



Then, you will see that the customer has a new menu option called "Project Prices"



If you click this button, it will open up the "Project Price" sidebar. In here, you can start building a custom price matrix for your customer.
Select the product type and product. You can optionally add a slump and admixes.
Always start off with a 1 metre price (see example below). This will set the base price for the product. You can then optionally add higher cubic metre values if you want to give price breaks for larger volumes.
If you customer has more than one site, enter the postcode for the site in the "Location" box. The postcode needs to match exactly the postcode when you are quoting the job for it to bring through the correct prices.
If you want the prices to be applied to all jobs quoted for this customer, then leave the "Location" field blank.



Then, when you next set up a job for the customer, the system will only let you choose from mix designs that you have priced up.



You can also then print off selected project prices or email them to the customer to keep them updated. Tick the project prices you want to print or send, then click "Print" or "Send"



The customer will then get a print out like this:



You can also set expiry dates for your project prices by ticking the ones you want and setting the date at the bottom:
