Should one of your users need to reset their AGG SMART password, the system administrator can do this for them. If the correct user does not have the access required to follow the steps below, please get in touch and we can add this for you.
Firstly, navigate to Customers / Quotes (1), expand the left hand pane (2), click on the download icon (3), and then choose Manage Users (4). This will open a window containing all of the user accounts you have set up in AGG SMART. Each user will have a Pass Reset button next to their name (5). Click on this icon for the user in question, and select Yes from the confirmation pop up.
The next time the user logs in, they will be prompted to reset their password.
