Important App Information
IMPORTANT APP INFORMATION (not for clients using Webfleet tablets)
The AGG SMART app is currently on version 1.5.9.
Many of our users are on older versions of the app which will see some issues with tracking and functionality. You can check which version of the app your drivers are using by going to the "Manage Users" section on AGG SMART (see below). If your drivers are not on 1.5.9, they should update now, for the following benefits:
- Roadlords has released a new version of their nav app and it only works with 1.5.9
- Tracking is more robust
- Many more app features like additional photos
We recommend downloading our latest app via the Google Play Store on the driver's phone or tablet. The benefit of installing this way is that the app will automatically update when we release a new version. Follow the instructions below to update:
- Log out of the device
- Click and hold the "AGG NAV" icon until it asks to Delete. Delete the app.
- Go to the Google Play Store and search for "AGG NAV" (you may need a Google account which is free to set up and one account can be used on all devices)
- Install and log back into the app (if it asks for a username and password, the app credentials can be found at the bottom of the "Manage Users" section.
- Once the app is installed, please go into Settings > Apps and check ALL permissions are turned ON for the "AGG NAV" app and the "Camera" app.
