Updating The AGG NAV App To The Latest Version

IMPORTANT APP INFORMATION (not for clients using Webfleet tablets)

The AGG NAV Android app is currently on version 1.6.7.
​Many of our users are on older versions of the app which will see some issues with tracking and functionality. You can check which version of the app your drivers are using by going to the "Manage Users" section on AGG SMART (see below). If your drivers are not on 1.6.7, they should update now, for the following benefits:
  1. Stay up-to-do with Roadlords releases as newer versions of their app will only work the latest versions of AGG NAV
  2. Tracking is more robust
  3. Many more app features like additional photos
We recommend downloading the latest version via the Google Play Store on the driver's phone or tablet. The benefit of installing this way is that the app will automatically update when we release a new version.

Follow the instructions below to update:

1) Log the driver out of the device if they are currently logged in. If you are unsure of how to do this, then follow our How Drivers Logout Of The AGG NAV App guide.

2) Next tap and hold the "AGG NAV" icon until it asks you to delete and select to delete the app.

3) Go to the Google Play Store and search for "AGG NAV" (you may need a Google account which is free to set up and one account can be used on all devices)

4) Install the app and tap to reopen it. If it asks for a Username and Password, you will need your app credentials can be found at the bottom of the "Manage Users" section.

5) Once the app is installed, please go into Settings > Apps and check ALL permissions are turned ON for the "AGG NAV" app and the "Camera" app.
