Mailchimp Integration - Email Marketing

AGG SMART integrates into Mailchimp (https://mailchimp.com/) so you can send out bulk marketing emails to your customers.

We send across the following details so you can set up specific email campaigns based on customer last order or customer type.

1. Company Name
   
2. First Name
   
3. Surname
   
4. City
   
5. Customer Type
   
6. Last Quote Date
   
7. Last Order Date
   
8. Customer Creation Date
   

So, you could, for example, send an email campaign to any customer who have not ordered in the last month. Or customers who you quoted in the last week, but did not place the order.

AGG SMART updates Mailchimp data every evening.

To get set up with the integration, please create a Mailchimp account and then go into Account > Profile > Extras > API Keys. Then click "Create a Key" and make a note of the key.

Then create an audience and go to "Audience Dashboard". Click the "Manage Audience" tab, then select "Settings". Then note down the "Audience ID" which will be a number like: 3d3ef4a58e

Send the API Key and Audience ID to support@aggsmart.co.uk and we will get the integration set up.
