Purple/Pink Border Reference


The Purple Border around an order in Customers/Quotes occurs (Method 1) when inspecting a order in Customers/Quotes and selecting "View On Calendar" or (Method 2) clicking on an order inside the Calendar and selecting "View Quote".

This feature creates a helpful reference to find a specific order you are looking for.

Method 1 )

Method 1: When inside Customers/Quotes clicking onto a job box (under Status pressing the Send to truck/Complete/Scheduled button on the order) will show a pop-up with more order details. Selecting "View on Calendar" will highlight the order in Purple inside the Calendar.

Step 1: Click on Customers/Quotes





Step 2: Click on a job box















Step 3: Press on "View on Calendar"




Step 4: The order/s should now be highlighted in Purple inside the Calendar



Method 2 ) 

Method 2: You can use this feature by going into the Calendar/Shipping section and clicking on the delivery and selecting "View Quote". This will take you to the order on the Customers/Quotes section and will highlight around the specific order in Purple.

Step 1: Click on Shipping to enter Calendar



Step 2: Click on the desired Delivery


Step 3: Click "View Quote"


Step 4: The order should now be highlighted in Purple inside Customers/Quotes.
