Quoting Jobs For Collection

AGG SMART allows you to quote jobs for collection.

To do this you need to start a new quote either by using the "Quick Quote" button or selecting a customer and clicking "New Quote / Order".

With the quote form open click the "Sites" button


This will bring up the "Sites Screen". You should have an option for COLLECT as per the screenshot below. If you do not have this option please contact support@aggsmart.co.uk and we can get this setup for you.



Click the green COPY button on the COLLECT line and this will take you back to the "Quote Form" where you will see the address field has been filled out with the word COLLECT on the first line and the "Method" dropdown will have automatically been selected as COLLECT, as per the screenshot below:



COLLECT jobs do not require you "Check Location" as is the case with all other jobs, so you can now proceed to selecting your product type, mix and entering your quantity as your normally would.

With those details in place AGG SMART will automatically set the "Wait Time" to "No Wait" for COLLECT jobs.
