Upload Third Party Tickets Or Additional Documents To AGG SMART Deliveries

There may be occasions where you would like to upload a printed paper ticket, a third party ticket or additional document to an AGG SMART delivery.

In such an instance you can perform the following steps with just the ticket number for the job and the AGG NAV driver app:

1) Open the AGG NAV Android app and log in as any spare driver to any spare truck.

2) Go to the "Driver" tab at the bottom right of the screen.



3) Scroll down to the "Scan Document" option and enter the TICKET number into the box.


4) Click "Scan Doc" and take a picture with the phone.

5) The picture will then be uploaded to the AGG SMART ticket number you provided and will be visible in the "Signatures" tab for the ticket. 

Most uploads happen almost immediately, however it can sometimes take up to 5 minutes depending on network traffic and signal strength.

You can then simply repeat the above steps for all of the 3rd party tickets or documents which need attaching.

You should now log out of the app to ensure the driver and truck are available for future use.
