How To Switch A Driver Between Different Company Sites In AGGNAV
These instructions should only be performed for a driver who has been working at one AGG SMART customer site and now needs to login to a different AGG SMART customer site to do a job. If the driver just needs to logout of the app to release the vehicle after a job has been completed, they should following the instructions in our How Drivers Logout Of The App knowledgebase article.
If you find a situation where a driver has been working for one AGG SMART customer but needs to do a job for a different AGG SMART customer then you can reset their AGG NAV Android app to allow them to login to a different customer site by following the instructions below:
1) Please make sure the driver logs out of the app as per the link in the red box at the top of this article, before they perform any of the following actions. Should they remain logged in whilst performing the next steps, they will potentially encounter problems within the AGG SMART system later.
2) On their Android device hold down the AGG NAV app icon in the app drawer until you get a context menu pop-up with the option for "App Info".
3) Tap "App Info" and select "Storage and Cache".
4) Tap "Clear Storage" and tap "Delete" on the message which pops up.
5) Now re-open the AGG NAV app and you should find the driver is back to the username and password entry screen to enter a different site.
6) Enter your company's username and password and the driver will then be asked for their PIN. If you aren't sure what your company's AGG SMART username and password are, you can follow the instructions in our Locating Your AGG SMART Universal Username & Password article.
7) Now input their driver PIN and they will be able to select the vehicle to which the job has been sent.
